Urban oasis with lots of rare flora friendly volunteers, and a very cool black male cat ( live chickens too). There is one personal downside: rats. Lots of very large ones at that.
Place was nice. Atmosphere was good.
Great park with plenty of activities to do aside from the normal taking a stroll or running/exercising. Probably a good idea to check the Golden Gate Park's website to see where all the action occurs. There are flower gardens, museums, lakes, and lot of other things to see and do.
Private garden needs work but is pretty, quiet and fun. Picnic table and chairs surrounds. Enjoy!
