I went to Doctor Landsman to make sure nothing was seriously wrong with my left ear or throat. He ended up finding wax in my ear and then removed without even asking me or telling me it would be deemed as a procedure. His office is trying to charge me 230$ on top of my 30$ co-pay, which I already paid the co-pay. 1) Great doctor but terrible office staff. 2) I came 5 minutes before my appointment and still waiting for over 45 minutes.... 3) Staff barking at me to wear mask which we all know by now is useless while they walk around maskless. Shame on them. And then the doctor walked in to the room with the mask on his chin... When I walked into the waiting room I saw 2 patients without masks and they weren't told anything... selective treatment at this office...

Let me preface this review by saying that I haven’t been to a doctor’s office, for any reason, since the early 2000’s. No exaggeration. I rarely ever have allergies but this season has been exponentially higher when it comes to pollen count so unfortunately I had to use Zyrtec to clear it up (and it did) but shortly afterwards I ended up having ear canal blockage and I initially thought that I had an ear infection because of a low ringing sound in the right ear.
