Howard and Terri are people that get annoyed when you point out valid concerns and question certain things. Howard promised the unit would come with certain features but did not come with the items that were discussed. The only time that they were nice was when they took the security deposit and the rent money. I don’t recommend this realty office at all because the unit is in an old building with paper thin walls.

Improper and unprofessional. Spoke with Elena over the phone regarding an issue we had with a unit and was extremely impolite and discourteous. Not to mention, she was NOT helpful at all.
