Let me say the hospitality of Ms. Lynns in the cafe saved my trip. She was kind, she spoke every time, helped us make 4th july plans, and made sure we ate good every morning. Even helped us make plates. She was amazing & very attentive. This hotel knew i was checking in late said ok as long as its after 4pm, canceled my room, & Then dbl charged me! Told me they had no rooms but found a standard dbl bed even though i paid for a dbl bed suite then she gave me a a king suite whose only bathroom is in the bedroom so kids woke us... read more
Excellent stay to see Stephen Marley and Jesse Royal at the pavilion Epic Show!!! Hotel was great clean well appointed super convenient with shopping and dining options just steps in several directions. Parking was easy and plentiful. Check in was smooth and easy staff quick and friendly.
