We went to breakfast and obviously ate and when we were leaving a worker name Ariana who was an assistant management followed us into the elevator and she was questioning us since we were in a big group, who didn’t get a to go plate which was weird to us. Then when we got off she said she would call the cops and have us for trespassing just because we slightly were confused about the room number because we were still sleepy from waking up in the morning. Front desk the day we checked in was not overly customer focused. It is a different layout than a traditional hotel. There a different bldg that are not connected. & she didn't give off any information like ice machine, laundry etc.
Love the staff, friendly and very helpful. They provide breakfast in the morning, which was outstanding. Our room was really clean and comfortable. I love and appreciate we were allowed to bring our cat 🐈 Great pet policy ! Thank you
A nightmare. We paid top dollar at this property to attend a funeral in the area and never got a moment's peace. The bands played quite literally outside our room. When I asked the desk clerk to move us, she insisted every room was booked and that the bands "only" played until 10 pm. Our poor dog was a nervous wreck with all the noise from the bands and the Harley dealership next door. We were pretty disgusted that none of this was disclosed when we booked the reservation.
