Heavy metal band right below our room window for hours on a Friday night. Had not been warned of this. After the band had to quit because of a noise ordinance, the bar continued to play it's music loudly. The sound on our TV was turned up to "62" and we still couldn't hear anything that the actors were saying. DO NOT book here unless you want to experience a Harley Davidson heavy metal band party in the parking lot. We were informed, when checking out Saturday AM, that this occurs every weekend. Horrible customer service. The evening lady at the desk is not very accommodating and super rude. Dont stay in the main building on the weekends unless you like loud room shaking rock music from am to midnight. It was horrible.
The staff was great especially Gail, she makes everyone smile. The room was spacious but the beds were little hard for my taste but ok. The only thing is I should have looked before I booked that the bar that's inside the hotel had live staged entertainment outside every night. If you want to rest and sleep well have to wait til after 10pm it's loud lol our room was right next to the stage.
Mala experiencia , fuimos cuatroa amigos en dos habitaciones , y mi compañero de pieza se olvidó enchufado cargador de iPhone nuevo , reclamamos por mail sin respuesta , por teléfono sin respuesta y volvimos a pasar a los 7 días y del cargador nadie sabía nada, muy mala atención
