I have never had a worse experience with customer service and how rude the owner/general manager was to us. My group contained four people we booked two rooms with two king beds. When we got to the hotel the maids where cleaning one of the rooms, so we unpacked in the one not being cleaned and went to Monterey. When we returned to the hotel, the room that was being cleaned when we left was a mess the bed was unmade there where wet towels everywhere.
