Do not stay here unless you are absolutely desperate. The rooms are so old and run down. Everything needs fixed. The bed was decent but that was the only redeemable thing. The “breakfast” was disappointing for sure. Cold gravy and hard biscuits. Stale cereal and separated waffle mix that looked rotten. Other than when we checked in we never saw a staff member. Nice lace, clean rooms, well equipped hotel friendly staff!
The room was great! Not one single complaint there. However as a Diamond member I just picked a room on the app got to the hotel requested a first floor room and was told the room I booked was only on the 2nd floor, I told the gentleman (he was very polite and professional) that I didn't care if I had to down grade or up grade (I'm in a motorcycle and have poor legs and knees) i just prefer first floor. Don't believe the pictures!!! The pool is not open. The room was dirty. There were toenails on the floor! There was dirt and food crumbs on the floor. Hair on the bathroom floor. Mystery splatters on the wall. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was no waffle batter left. No biscuits for the sausage gravy. Put it on toast and had to throw away it was so gross. The duct tape on the carpet was a nice touch too. We do not recommend and won't return.
Well when we showed up. There weren't any rooms clean or ready for us to use. And we're the second person in line who didn't have a clean room ready. And unfortunately it was 10:45 p.m. so it's a little bit late to find a room somewhere else. Kind of stuck.
