Well lets see. I spend 200 nights in hotels a year. This had to be in the top 5 of the worst service I ever received. The staff and Manager of the hotel are not versed well in their own hotel chain rules. Also they have no idea how the Triprewards program works. So if you use this program on a regular basis and want to use it here. They dont know how to use it properly. Also beware of their attitude. The manager is all mighty and will let you know that.
