Prapti was the person behind the front desk. She was very professional and greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and very comfortable. Bed was the most comfortable Ive slept in a LONG time. The breakfast was fantastic and wholesome. We made our own little mini Belgium waffles. Loved the hotel for the price. I recommend this hotel.
Room was ready for us, check in was no problem. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was very clean. There was a great place for breakfast across the street (Marie Calenders). A nice room at a good rate.
This was the worst experience I had in a hotel. The under sheets did not fit the bed properly. There were a few holes in the outer cover. It seemed like every half an hour the bathroom would make a loud weird noise. On top of that, the bathroom was very samll. The lighting was very low. The heater did not work and the room had a"funny" smell at first. The service was friendly, but the room was awful. 1. Front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. No smile, greeting, or thank you given.2. Room had a funky smell....eewww. Security latch was broken as the part attached to the door was missing. Drain stopper was missing in wash basin. Caulking around tub was worn off, could see black where it was supposed to be.3. Pillows were flat. The staff at this location is absolutely terrible. The employee double charged us for our stay, and then tried to make it our fault. It was a huge mess of a situation, and she not only ended up double charging us, but later charging us again without any authorization. Its a long story, but one that ended up in her overdrawing my bank account, and never even apologizing for her countless errors. Microwave and refrigerator were not working. Front window lock was broken so could not lock window. Kept getting woke up by noise from the other units on both sides and above. We could hear every footstep. Never again. Dont waste your money.
You are better off bypassing this "hotel". I got overcharged for the rooms by increasing to two beds over one king by \$15 a night. On the last day they came in and cleaned the carpets and left us with wet carpet to walk on that night. The smell was very musty. The front desk person spoke very poor english and was never friendly or welcoming. The contiental breakfast was a joke of stale english muffins and a few other things we passed on the second day.
