Phil warmly welcomed us upon arrival. He was genuinely interested in speaking with us and we felt welcome. This was important for us as we were driving 2 days to visit family before they died. Being an older hotel the rooms are large and spacious. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard but good variety. Would recommend this location to anyone traveling through New Brunswick.

Total shame to the name. Treehouse would have been way better! Click flooring spaced out. Blinds in the bathroom broken, people can see through them, hair in toilet bowl, backets for main window blind stay in your hand when you try to close the blinds, left over food in the fridge from someone who stayed here before…. Pantyhose packs left in dresser. Worst place to stay. I’d give -50 stars, but it ain’t how this work. We have to give at least one star. Not a bright star for sure.

Fast and courteous greeting, clean and comfortable bed , parking , breakfast starting at 7ham and affordable rates. Great for getting in and out of the highway when in transit. If this is what your looking for it’s a 5 stars.

Room was clean and close to the border crossing and highway. One bar of soap the size of a quarter for two people, toilet paper half as thick as it should be, electric outlet at desk had no power for computer, phone, etc. and the TV remote was partially functional. Final cost at checkout should have paid for better accommodations.
