I ended up here after reserving and completing pre-check in at Travelodge by Wyndham Winnipeg East using a corporate AMEX that they then refused to take on arrival. (And yelled at me when I got upset at being stranded without accommodations). The front desk clerk who checked me in at this Wyndham property is wonderful, she acknowledged how horrible the situation was with the Travelodge and asked if she could do anything extra to make my stay better. The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. I brought my doggy and they gave my furbaby a box of goodies which included treats, poop bags and holder, leash and more! Breakfast (free) was good and was delivered to my room!! I felt spoiled! The room was a little small and had a slight musty smell. The location was good, but the parking lot is a bit hidden in behind off of another street. Overall I was impressed and would recommend and visit again.
Your front staff is truly outstanding. They go above and beyond to help guests, and their dedication is something rare to find these days. Room services is awesome, Thanks to all the girls on desk. A heartfelt thank you to Aanchal and Sukh for their exceptional service!
We stayed this hotel for one night. With whole family experience was awesome. 5/5☆☆☆☆☆ . It's was really good . Overall we love it. Service, Room service and breakfast. Breakfast also really yummy ,kids love it. I asked them to serve to room and they did. I recommend. Room clean and enjoyable. Enjoy trip
