This hotel offers 2 working beds, not the worst I have ever slept on. A room that seemed clean to the eye. A tv that worked. Running water with a toilet and shower. Electricity. A locking door. A/C and heat that work. A free parking spot. Wi-fi. If you are looking for anything else. I mean anything else. You need to find another place to stay.
