Our room had dirty towels on the floor and on the sink, the floors were sticky and dirty. I’m not sure what was in our bed but very nasty. Told the front desk and they didn’t even say sorry, just said that they were remodeling.
Honestly impressed. When I book to save money I never fully know what to expect. The outside belies the comfort of the rooms. (In fairness there were signs that renovations were ongoing, so the outside might change soon) Fantastic staff who were super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable and everything I wanted.
Michael's higaboo is very polite, very respectful and went above and beyond. Keep integrity within this hotel. He continued to make sure that I was comfortable and then I had everything I need.If there were six stars , I'd give him seven
