had roaches in the room and the front desk was rude threw my id like iam a child and have no costumer service skills at all
Was an amazing stay! Only small concern about rooms doors, gotta slam them shut or else they won't shut properly.
Rooms look like prison cells. The bathroom is falling apart. The place has no sound proof because you can hear people's conversations and cars on the street. Wasn't able to sleep at all. Most of all I asked for a non-smoking room but I was not. My clothes still smell like I spent the night in a dive bar. I paid for 2 nights but left after one. The front desk did not care at all about my concerns and actually was told "good like getting a refund" for the night I didn't stay.
