You’ll be surprised! Don’t drink the coffee but the bedding, pillows, shower curtains and towels appeared to be new and clean. Housekeeping will clean your room everyday, which does not happen at the resorts. For the price, it was a good deal for us and within walking distance to a Food Lion and Dunkin Donuts. Super quiet and not crowded with cars and people. Room was decent.

After canceling my other hotel at the Days Inn the gentleman at the Howard Johnson was nice and the hotel is close to restaurants and stores

Nowhere on your site in your lobby or even your front desk agents say that there is a $50 incidental upon checking in when I ask the young man upon checking in what he was charging to my account he said $85 The total price for the room stay no problem why did I have to say literally out of my mouth that says you're charging me $125 oh that's the incidental says the young man I shouldn't have to be told afterwards there's an incidental that you claim is going to go back to my card the next day once I check out now it is impro... read more

The price-point listed here on Google was wrong when I came to check-in here. Google had it listed at around $60, the front desk manager quoted it for $80 plus tax. That was the first strike. Second strike was even looking at the outside of the hotel, I could tell the rooms would be sketchy, and was a little offended that I was being charged around 30% more for what was clearly... lacking.
