My wife and I stayed on the night of July 8. Due to my wife being disabled, we reserved a handicapped accessible room. When registering, the desk clerk questioned me as to whether we actually needed this class of room. This should have been a red flag. Due to construction,, it was hard to get a wheelchair through the hall and even harder to get in and out of the room. My card was encrypted, and gave a different last 4 digits than the receipt — yet, all time stamps and amounts were pulled from the exact card I put down. It all matches. The person who checked me in was viciously rude and hung up on me later when I went to call! My understanding was that amenities like soap were included in the cost of the room, but was verbally reprimanded for using them — finishing soap bottles that were nearly empty in the first place. Waste of time and money. Horrible place to stay. Don’t stay here.

-Parking is not accessible if you have a truck and small trailer. -breakfast consists of loose cereal which who knows how old it is after sitting out in open container and stall little muffins. They have plates out but no breakfast food. -remodeled room is nice.

They are currently undergoing remodeling, but they did a great job of keeping it out of the public eye. The remodeled rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was great. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant to interact with. I’ll make it a point to stay here next time I come through!

I highly recommend this motel for anyone visiting for a graduation or any event. It truly made my special weekend even better. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
