What a shame this motel is located where it is. You put that place anywhere else in Spokane and it would be a lot better. That neighborhood sucks. But the service was amazing the front desk was super helpful haven't checked in and there were no troubles throughout the night.
Room was large; 2 queens, bed VERY comfortable with great sheets and pillows, clean, but basic. Recommendations: upgrade TV's to larger smart TV's and offer movies. Secondly, improve free internet to higher speed, even if you have to chg for the option. Nice lg refrigerator is great, adequate microwave. Service: breakfast is in paper bags picked up in office from 630 to 9am, which is fine. Sausage McMuffin, yogurt, apple, cookie, blueberry muffin very adequate. The rooms are not very clean and they are old/rundown. The shower was a bit dirty and wet when I first arrived and I was given no bath towel. Morning of checkout, I look over to my pillow and see a bed bug! I wish I had pushed for a refund but it was 5 am and I was tired. I would not recommend this hotel.
Overall, the stay was pretty good. Room was large, and we had a desk, TV, and fridge/microwave. The cleaner or air freshener they use for the rooms is quite strong, so if you are sensitive to smells this may not be the place for you The bed is decently comfy, our heater/AC unit worked great.
