Best budget motel in Spokane. Rooms are freshly painted and furnished. Very quiet, no rif raf. White linens on the bed are always a good sign. The only reason the room got a 4 star is because the first room had a possible blood speckle on the sheet, but they moved us to another room right away. There are a ton of places to eat within walking distance. They also have tasty fresh cookies in the lobby and staff was great. Very impressed for the price. Great deal.
It was very convenient when our family needed a fast and affordable overnight stay in an emergency.
Absolutely terrible stay. The room was dirty, with visible stains on the bed and grime on the floor. The fire alarm went off repeatedly just from taking a shower, which made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. Bed was not comfy, pillows were lumpy! To make things worse, the front desk staff was incredibly unprofessional. When I explained that my partner works remotely as a therapist and would be seeing clients virtually, I asked that maintenance not enter the room without notice.
