This hotel is a joke. Checked in with four kids after a long day. Had to ask the front desk several times for the rollaway bed I paid for. Asked for extra blankets for said rollaway bed, had to call three times. And finally after going down there, I was told there was no extra blankets. What kind of hotel has no extra blankets. I packed my children up and left. Have been trying to get a hold of management for three days and they do not return phone calls.

Friday night rate under $300 without a reservation...it was clean, well stocked with towels, quiet, and way better rate than other hotels near the highway.

Just take a glance on the chair picture and you have full story. Yesterday to compare I was in more expensive area in Holiday Inn express same price (there it's included free coffee and breakfast, here even that no!) all clean and well capte and not neglected!!!! Here it is not really. Moreover I carry medication which have to be cold and for that I have to have freezer for those regular picnic blue freezing 🥶 bottles tiny thing for big hotel to have and they don't have it!!! It is full drama I need to take care of instead ... read more
