Friendly check-in and clean rooms!
The room smelled so badly of mold when we opened the door we left immediately. The hotel also seemed to be housing a homeless population. The clerk only refunded about half of what we paid at check in. We went to the Holiday Inn Express across the street. Much better. I will be contacting Wyndham to get the rest of my money back. Avoid this place!
Very comfortable bed, clean, quiet, good wifi, big mini fridge & microwave, good water pressure in the shower and unlimited coffee and tea in the lobby was great - really everything I needed in a motel room. Also, conveniently located off the highway.
This place is a regular hotel that I got for a decent price. The room was relatively small and multiple spots that were evidently dirty. Just one of which was a used soap bar in a dirty spot in the bath tub. Location is good if you're just trying to get off the highway or access the ski hills
I paid for my daughter to stay for one night for her birthday and also because she has been going through some stuff and very stressed . But this hotel service is not tentative and the pool is not opened when it supposed to be . Online the advertisement makes it sound like this hotel is the place to stay. I wasted my money my daughter didn't have a good time. I called to make a complaint but when the phone gets answered no manager is available. Very unhappy customers.
