Can be better. I was assigned to a room where a sharp object was sticking out and I could’ve got hurt. This is very unusual for an object sticking out under the mattress and it’s not fitted as well. (Please see attach photos uploaded )

Photos on the website must have been taken a long time ago. Super outdated. BE CAREFUL in the pool area, the sauna has an oven directly to the right when you enter, my daughter burned her arm. No sign warning of this. The lighting was horrible in the pool area and the roof is leaking. Major updates need to be done for safety purposes.

Currently staying here because our plans to drive to Vermont were thwarted by a severe snow storm. We were kind of excited to have an adventure but this hotel is quite disappointing. First, the pluses! The burgers at the adjoining restaurant were delicious. That said, when I told the lovely server I would be splitting the giant $15 burger with my young son who I knew would eat only a few bites, I was told I would be charged $5 for the extra plate. What? Rooms are underwhelming, outdated, and in the need of some minor repair- but the price is right, it’s in a convenient location, and customer service the night I was there (woman at the desk 7pm 1/18/25) was top notch.
