Room was super clean beds nice and soft staff were very helpful and great service
My room was very clean it was actually very quiet had a very good stay
IF ANYONE IS STAYING IN SAN MARCOS DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! I will never stay at that hotel again. They are very rude and unprofessional. The female owner is not a good person. She put me in a smoking room when I paid for non-smoking , She made a mistake on the computer after I stayed there nine days she wanted me to fill out some paperwork, and called the police when I didn’t because I didn’t know what was going on mind you this was at five in the morning. The room had, stains on the sheets and towels and our lamp didn't work other than that it was okay.i lived the gentleman up front he came to our room to help us with figuring out the outlets. I love they have soft water and a pool also an ice machine that needs some up Keep. This place has potential. It was easy getting back our deposit. Thank you
