I was surprised that there was no phone in the room Ice machine was broken and have been broken down for quite some time. No coffee pot in the room at all the pictures of the hotel were very misleading. The pool that they had is very small. It’s in front of the hotel so you get to see all the traffic all the traffic get to see you wasn’t really private at all our reservations were canceled twice by a new employee who didn’t know what they were doing.. no list of restaurants near by. Terrible experience, they charged me $50.00 dollars as a hold deposit in case there were anomalies after my check out, when I did my check out, I invited the front desk guy to check our rooms (2) so he can be sure there were not any issue that could affect the reimbursement of MY money,, he did not do it, and said it was Ok, after a complete week they did not the make the reimbursement; I called them back, and he told me I need to wait 2 more days, (nothing happened) I´m trying to call they back again but nobody answer the p... read more
