Looks are very deceiving as are the reviews. I booked a NONSMOKING room and it shows on my booking as such. The room smelled like someone smoked 6 packs right before I walked in. It was so bad it saturated my clothes in my suitcase. There were burn holes in the sheets, what looked like patched bullet holes almost, mystery stains on the lounge chair. Oh man… I let my boyfriend pick the hotel. I checked the pictures and agreed to it. What we showed up to was so unexpected lol, it’s on us for not checking the google ratings though. It’s a motel, not a hotel. If you book a smoking room, you need to expect the smell. The room was unattractive and I found a couple bugs. I felt uncomfortable getting into the bed just not knowing if it was truly clean. The area didn’t feel real safe either. Very clean room, the staff was very helpful. Had book a room, but it was way in the back with no parking close to room. Since I had disabled person with me they made sure we had a room we could easily access. Thank You.
This place is just stupid ridiculous, I would never recommend this place to anyone. First I get here and the guy tells me it's a $30 fee to check in early and had to be cash on top of the $50 deposit , which I understand cause I've worked in the hotel industry before so I understand the early check in fees. But when I asked if I could wait in the lobby to wait until check in at 3pm I was told no I would have to go somewhere else.
