I booked this hotel for two nights, and I deeply regret it. The staff is completely unresponsive. I told the room cleaner to take the trash, and she told me to take it and throw it in the trash. On the second day of my stay, I went to the supermarket to shop and when I returned, I couldn't open my door with my room card. I took my card to the front desk and told her it wasn't working, and the receptionist processed the card and assured me I could enter the room. The staff was super nice during our stay. We asked to see the room and they were more than willing to show us. For having exterior doors it was very clean. Gave us a great deal for the week long we were going to be there.
Customer service was great. I assisted a family last minute that needed a place to stay for a week. They assisted me with everything.
