We parked a car here for a flight. A power outage meant the front desk wasn't getting our call to retrieve the car, and after an hour we had to get an Uber instead. Immensely distressing experience, we were worried sick and had no idea what was happening. Never parking a car at a hotel for a flight again.
This place is horrible. Delta sent me here. Shuttle will not answer the phone....had to Uber. Then when arrived had no electricity. Desk clerk hidden behind plexiglass and could barely speak English. Whole place smelled terrible and was just nasty dirty. Lobby was filled with sketchy people. Do not go here!!!!
