We parked our car here for a week when flying out of Detroit airport. They have a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport which is very close. The price is reasonable compared to others. Service was excellent. Definitely recommend.

We returned from a trip and called for the shuttle and they told us it could be 15 or 20 minutes. All good. We called again after waiting almost 40 minutes! We had been standing outside in 30° weather waiting! They told us that the guy was still coming. 10 minutes later our phone rang and they told us that we needed to look for the skyway bus and not the Howard Johnson bus. The hotel I was put in due to my delay was not up to par. Dirty hauls, frozen waffles, premade juices in pitchers, luckily bed was clean

Stayed there 2 times once on the start of my trip and once on the end of my trip was charged double my security deposit for both stays paid $35 for a late checkout and was charged double for that still waiting for my money to be refunded and to come back onto my card. The rooms were OK. Breakfast was OK not anything special muffins juice my second stay my room didn’t have blankets or pillows so they had to put me in a different room. I wouldn't give a star for this place. Front desk is rude and disrespectful. They charge for parking then tell you to park across the road. That costs more because the airport parking doesn't do business with them. I will be reporting them to the BBB for both Rumulos and the state of michigan. Maybe a lawyer too if they dont return the money we paid for "parking" there but being sent across the road only to pay over there again.
