Stayed there because flight was diverted. Hotel lobby public areas were unkempt and unclean. Elevator buttons were broken. Room was reasonably clean but light switch didn't work and safety top lock was unusable as it was out of line. Check in was unbelievably slow. The one attendant was overwhelmed and barely acknowledged you other than to ask what he needed to get you in a room. I assume the bulk of their business is via airport vouchers for airline problems since there is no attempt at making it a pleasant stay.

Terrible experience. Hotel was dirty. The parking lot was full so I could not park my car. The staff told me to park in another parking lot beside the hotel. They informed me they would move it back to their lot once there was space. When I picked up my car, I noticed they left the lights on my car and the battery died. Never going to give my keys to anyone again.
