I left a review earlier. But I was being way too kind. We stayed there in April 2025 when a fire happened while we were vendors at the Horse Expo. They told us they would replace everything we lost in the fire. It's been 7 months. Nothing. They didn't even inform us when the fire happened. We found out about it after we entered our room. No note. No phone call. After promises of helping us. Nothing. We booked elsewhere for next year.
Receptionist was good and helpful but the rooms and bedsheets were not good they were black in colour and my mother was with me and she feels itchy after slept on the bed I think the bed has bugs and careful when you book with this property .. the shampoo and conditioner was really small in size you cannot even manage with these little things .. I was with my two kids and the room was full of smoking smell in the room .. room was dirty too
