I'm not telling all my friends not to recommend your place you go from allowing pets to not allowing pets because somebody else screws it up so guess what you just lost a million dollars at least per year because 99% of my friends used to stay in your hotel they will not be staying there ever again

I left a review earlier. But I was being way too kind. We stayed there in April 2025 when a fire happened while we were vendors at the Horse Expo. They told us they would replace everything we lost in the fire. It's been 7 months. Nothing. They didn't even inform us when the fire happened. We found out about it after we entered our room. No note. No phone call. After promises of helping us. Nothing. We booked elsewhere for next year.
