They couldn't take my form of payment , which was a debit card , told me I couldn't have the room, yet stated that it was because of my payment , it would not go through from the credit card company that i'm using, yet still , before I walked out the door they said they were gonna charge me ninety dollars on the card that they supposedly could not use for me to rent the room. We read the reviews before we booked, some were good, some were bad, some were based on preference. We were in Boston/Quincy during the biggest snow storm in nearly a decade. It snowed for 2 days straight and covered everything in more than 2 feet of snow. We had to stay an extra night, and the staff was helpful in securing an extra night, ensuring that our room had been refreshed with everything we needed for an extra night. I had a amazing stay during the recent snow storm! They were amazing they have shovels and salt for us to dig out our cars. The rooms were beautiful! They even allowed us to stay longer then the 7 day policy due to the storm so we didn't have to dig out and leave day of storm! Very accommodating for my disabled family and service dog!
Very friendly staff. Lady let me check an an hour early at 2pm and let me wait in the breakfast room where they have coffee available 24hrs. I love the coffee taste here. I love the free continental breakfast from 7:30-9:30. Another time a gentleman there helped find a room with a bathtub for me (not all rooms have them). I also like the cute mini 1 cup coffee maker they have in the rooms. Ice is available with an ice bucket provided in the rooms. Location was perfect for me. Pricing is the best around here.
The room was clean only problem i has was that the maid service didn't knock or even enter if we weren't there to change the trash, tidy up the bed, replace the towels. We had to either catch her in the morning and ask her if she could take the trash or bring it to the dumpster ourselves
