This is a between hostel and hotel. We arrived late and no one attended us for hours! Was about to go to real hotel and finally someone helped. Spend $40-60 more and get a real hotel. Could hear all the noise from other rooms and there was a guy checking all car doors freely without security around. If I was alone or with my kids, I would not stay here!

Sept 13, 2025 This is our 3rd stay @ Howard Johnsons. The hotel obviously serves a purpose, otherwise, we wouldn't have come back to stay a third time. Still clean rooms, still everything fro. the prior review. I just can't rate higher than a 3, just because of what it is and where it is, but it certainly serves its purpose, and we'll likely be back, so that says a lot. I made reservation on Howard Johnson Hotel we were there for 6 days and it was a very Pleasant service a great location and especially house keeping her name was Sandra very nice lady. Very polite .management was very great. I come from New Mexico
