Tommy, who said he was the manager, encouraged me to write this review. My flight was cancelled and I was hoping that as a diamond member, this hotel would consider returning my 15,000 points. Tommy said that his boss said that under no circumstances should he return the points to me. Due to the Pasadena Rose Bowl parade tomorrow, they could make out better renting out the room for money than points. I had to stay here because of a repair in my apartment. For me I needed a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker so that I cold work from the room. The room was clean and is basic, but it had everything I needed. The area is great and safe! If you work from there though, bring earplugs because you will hear the staff cleaning in the morning. Polite front desk as well.
