Had a great experience here. The staff was all wonderful. The rooms were kept clean by room service. There’s free parking and you get the best bang for your buck in the area. Also they we’re very helpful when we thought room service had stolen a hat but we found it 🫣☺️

The front desk manager put 0 effort into hospitality. I mentioned that I was a Diamond elite member and asked if they recognized status. He appeared irritated. He offered me early check-in after 1pm and a $40 charge if I wanted it before 1pm. I also received a free upgrade to a suite, which I appreciate, but the front desk manager again looked irritated. they wouldn’t hold the bags at the front desk and refused to let us check in early so we had no place to put our bags. what kinda hotel doesn’t hold you bags for you if they’re unable to check you in early? And then when we were able to check in early the room wasn’t ready at all and they had to move us to a different room. Front desk staff was unhelpful and didn’t even try to help in the slightest.
