Friendly staff, clean rooms.
The front desk manager put 0 effort into hospitality. I mentioned that I was a Diamond elite member and asked if they recognized status. He appeared irritated. He offered me early check-in after 1pm and a $40 charge if I wanted it before 1pm. I also received a free upgrade to a suite, which I appreciate, but the front desk manager again looked irritated. they wouldn’t hold the bags at the front desk and refused to let us check in early so we had no place to put our bags. what kinda hotel doesn’t hold you bags for you if they’re unable to check you in early? And then when we were able to check in early the room wasn’t ready at all and they had to move us to a different room. Front desk staff was unhelpful and didn’t even try to help in the slightest.
Impeccable stay I want to stay here New Year's Eve I normally come New Year's Eve and sit at Harkness and Colorado for the last 40 years I had no idea you were right next door to me. Everyone was very helpful and I got to see Herbie Hancock took the bus to Hollywood bowl and got home safely thank you
