Terrible. I could not stay here. I opened the door to the room, flipped on the lights, and roaches scattered. I got video of the last two slowpokes, but there were more. I stood around for a minute or two because I really didn't feel like going anywhere else, thinking well maybe they're just coming in under the door and if I stuff a towel in there maybe it will be okay. Terrible Experience — Roaches in the Room and No Refund I would not recommend staying at this hotel. When I checked in, I immediately noticed roaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. I informed the front desk right away and requested a refund, but they refused to issue one despite the clear hygiene issue. The staff showed little concern and did nothing to resolve the problem. I've stayed there 2 or 3 times now and while it's an older motel, its clean and nicely decorated. I've had no problems. It's close to everything and the staff is nice.
