We came here for our vacation to only find out they sold our room we reserved when I clearly said I'm pay at the property!The lady at the front desk was rude and I don't who she was talking to me it wasn't me!If you don't like your job find another one!!!!
I came here with my family and fiance, and boy this room was rough. There were stains all over my blankets and sheets, and even a cigarette burn hole in my blanket. The floors are disgusting, anytime I step without my shoes they have dirt all over them, I highly doubt they sweep and mop here. No breakfast, and there's holes in the bedframe.
Not a clue I drive by it on a daily headed to work and Google decide to pick it up.
