This hotel was absolutely horrible. I mean the room was clean, but the staff was horrible. She was on her phone the entire time. Didn't pay any attention to the reservation we had and put my family of 5 in a 2 bed room. Now I don't know about y'all but 2 of my boys r teenagers and both are tall and my youngest is 7 but also a big boy, when I tell you that was the most uncomfortable sleeping arrangement I had ever had, best believe it was. Great rooms, staff is amazing and very respectful. They went out of their way to take care of any concerns I had. Would definitely stay again
Riya was not so friendly to myself and my kids she called the police on me when I had a reservation after the police left she placed us in a nasty room smoking room I let her know immediately. She was trying to cause trouble and the nice office didn't pay it any mind. She needs more training she also was the only staff member to charge a deposit when I stay a couple of nights with no deposit at all from other employees.
