If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. Staff was incredibly rude, would not let me check in and also would not issue a refund. I was traveling alone and booked through hotels.com. Nowhere on my booking did it state a CASH deposit for DOUBLE the amount of the room was necessary. I should not be punished for an oversight on behalf of the hotel, in addition to having never heard of a cash deposit for double the room amount in my life. First of all when I arrived, the front desk man was rude and looked annoyed. The room was filthy with cob webs, smelly, and had an ugly looking dirty sofa chair. After I settled in, I called the front desk for extra towels and blankets MULTIPLE times with no answer. I would steer clear from this dump posing as a motel.
We've stayed here in the past . Tried to book a room online but it kept freezing. So went in person they tried to charge $20 more for the room because we had our child. Then they asked to see where we saw price stating there's "no way" they would charge what we showed them, showed them (Expedia) then they tried to charge even more room showed available for $89 for 2 queen beds we showed their front desk staff they tried to get us to pay over that on a Sunday stating they didn't know how to give us the online quoted booking p... read more
Was decent.
The room size was good and clean, however the shower wasn’t working properly, receptionist was really annoyed. We had breakfast included, cinnamon roll in a plastic and cup of coffee or orange juice … not that great. All night there were number of people coming and going and chatting outside in the car park that kept us awake. We saw also the swimming pool, that needs a good clean before anyone can use it.
