Very pleased with the night shift crew check inn
No nice people, try to get early check in and they try to charge me almost the room price, even if they have available rooms, they say "is no way to help you than charge you more money", I cancel and leave
First off I was made to check myself in which is B.S. then I asked for 2 rooms on the bottom floor because of disabilities in which she refused. I will never come back to howard johnson again. Their customer service sucks
I booked in Expedia and through Apple Pay, when I got to the front desk, they asked for me to check in and re-enter card. The vent in my room was making a funny noise. The bed was amazing and cozy. And Was supposed to be free breakfast from 7am-9am. When I went to the lobby at 7:17am There was only cereal, 3 small sandwiches and water down coffee. They had a waffle maker with a drip of mix. I just checked myself out and went to find somewhere to eat and spend more money. Reason why I picked that hotel was for the breakfast.
