We stayed here for the Country Calling Music Festival. It was perfect distance from the festival grounds and the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind. Facilities were always clean and even had the perfect breakfast spot right downstairs! 10/10 would recommend!
Beds are set on old squeaky metal platforms. Every time you move it squeaks! Not conclusive for slumber! The shower was terrible on sunday morning... the water pressure was so weak it wouldn't rinse the soap off! It was not pleasant at all. The front desk staff was amazing, but the room experience not the best. It was a.45 minute walk from the venue (beach featival), the jolly roger was mentioned in the ad, my mistake there are two in town. I do not recommend at all.
Ive been Wyndham-loyal for awhile but this was a hotel I sadly would not return to. On a positive note, when we needed something in-room, they were immediate to supply it. They were equally as fast in responding to questions, & theyre the ONLY hotel that has ever provided my 'extra requests' & had them waiting in-room when we arrived! It had a great view. Rooms were decent. Cafe was good for breakfast. Drinks were too high priced and a tip was already added. Which was bs.
