We have stayed here for at least 7 years and never had a problem. I always request the room with jacuzzi tub and always double check to make sure that is what we are getting. We'll, when we stopped to check in, the room was given to someone else. Obviously poor communication on employees. This Wyndom Rewards program is getting to be a joke, or maybe the Chamberlain/Oecoma area. This has happened before with 2 other hotels. Very Disappointed
Very clean and friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious!
The room was clean and comfortable, The front desk check in was friendly and fast.
Room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast had the usual plus eggs, sausage and biscuits/gravy. The young lady was very nice and the lobby was nice. I have no complaints.
