During the horrendous flooding on Monday in North Plainfield, when countless people were stranded and desperate for a safe place to stay, this Howard Johnson's chose to exploit the situation. They charged $148 for a room that was advertised on their own websit for $107----shamelessly capitolizing on a tragedy. At a time when compassion and community support were needed most, they saw an opportunity to profit off people's desperation. Absolutely disgraceful.
