Don’t stay here and they are bad at everything
What a sham! Cancelled my stay after first nice. Multiple people in rooms partying till 4am. Breakfast was a joke. Had to wait 10 minutes for manager to show up, then the eagerly awaiting “continental breakfast” was literally just a seal wrapped bagel and dispenser coffee. No fruit, no eggs, no milk, no cereal, no yoghurt… nothing else!!! If this room was $70 I’d give it 3* but when they me refunded for unused nights, they charged me $200 for 1 night!!! What a rip off! Simplemente una terrible experiencia me hubiera encantado leer las reseñas aqui pero lo hize por medio de booking al llegar nos dieron un cuarto que era realmente asqueroso nadie se habia asomado por ahy a limpiar el baño impossible de usar se lo hize saber al encargado el cual me cambio de cuarto y ooo sorpresa el cuarto igual de sucio añadiendo que la puerta ni siquiera cerraba regrese a recepcion y el Chico me qcompaño a un tercer cuarto wl cual abrio y me dijo no lo siento huele muy mal yo solo queria una habitacion limp... read more
I reserved 2 nights (February 28th-March 2) I made my reservations on line with booking. Com when I arrived I was told I would be upstairs i stated I put disabled 3 back surgeries 1 knee replacement and the other knee needs surgery I was unable to use the stairs I asked if they had an elevator he rudely said no we have stairs my boyfriend asked if they had another room downstairs that cost more the little Indian man said he would check after standing there for 5 minutes we asked if he found anything he said NO I CANCELED YOU... read more
Do not stay here. They do not care about basic cleanliness and public health safety. See the pictures for themselves. We did not notice the mold until the following morning. The bathroom lighting is very poor. Manager only offered an apology and 20% discount on a future stay. 😂 Like I would dare return here!!!
