This is a shelter hotel and for the past few days there has been no hot water. I have 3 rooms and we are up here on work so we need that shower every day and to have to take a cold shower is unacceptable. Plus the pool does not work, there is no breakfast. Don’t let them fool you. A granola bar and coffee is not breakfast. The carpet is very musty and old, and there is a humidity problem in the hall way. Very disappointed, pictures online make it look better and updated. It looks abandoned on the outside and inside very outdated
I stayed in room 220 , room was nice. Front desk was friendly and helpful. (Ann ,Courtney) smile on their faces, greatpersonality. Answered all questions. John in maintenance was very prompt coming to our room to fix bathroom light. Great stay
