Was shocked with how old and rundown this place was for $200/ night. Got stuck here in a snowstorm, but staying in the airport almost would have been better. Staff was not interested in helping.
Staff at the front desk is nice but there were cockroaches in my room and even though I showed them videos of all the roaches we killed they refused to give me a refund and gave me 3,000 reward points instead…. Awful
Was there this christmas for few days. Staff was very accomodating let us check in early with little resonable charge. Made sure all our requests during the stay were fullfilled. Given that its a 2 star hotel its totally worth it.
