I booked this hotel and I was told I couldn't check in earlier than I needed to. I called before I canceled and spoke to an Indian woman who said that although the facility themselves couldn't issue me a refund, to just call the third-party I booked through and they would issue me one. So I cancelled! When the third-party contacted the facility, the facility told them not to issue a refund! Excellent central location for New Braunfels and surrounding areas. You’re close to all of the venues and restaurants usually within ten minutes or less. The staff is very helpful, accessible, and friendly. We were met daily with greetings and smiles from the staff. The pool was refreshing on a hot Texas afternoon. I was impressed by Howard Johnson in New Braunfels. The accommodation was clean and well-kept, and the bed was comfy. The staff was pleasant and helpful, making check-in and check-out a pleasure. The location was ideal, with quick access to major attractions. For the price, it provided excellent value, and I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed here on a business trip, and when my flight was delayed until midnight, I was really grateful for the 24-hour front desk. Even though it was late, the staff was still welcoming and accommodating. It was easy to print documents at the business center.
