Very old hotel but about as clean as it can be considering its aged appearance (the pictures online are very misleading). The site states breakfast included (no hoots listed) but that was a lie. I went down looking for breakfast at 8 and there was nothing but cereal, yogurt, butter, and cream cheese spread (like you put on a bagel). I assumed they were running behind. My kids had a great time in the shallow, secure children's pool. After spending the day exploring the area, it was easy to relax at night because the hotel was quiet.
After a long drive, I arrived late and was relieved to find that the front desk staff was still friendly and accommodating. Everything was quite simple to use, and the room felt cozy enough for a quick visit.
