Truly a downright disgusting property. Service was friendly, however everything else was extremely disappointing. I have attached photos below, bathtub was caked on with some yellow residue. It looks like the housekeeping doesn’t even spray anything on the countertops when cleaning. Reached out to them (not even looking for a discount or anything) and got back a generic email. I recommend spending your time and money elsewhere.
No free breakfast as the website says, just coffee so it needs to say FREE coffee only. When I asked why it said free breakfast on the website, answer was I don’t know. Room was fair, found hairs in the sink. Really outdated, no comforters on the beds, just sheets and thin blanket. Beware… they charge $100 extra room charge for damages and I asked when I would get that back on my card, answer was when housekeeping checks to be sure no damages. So then I asked, if I do not get it back, who do I call and once again the answer ... read more
