Hello! I am actually wanting to file a complaint with this property. I was feeling extremely sick during my stay, and didn’t know it could be mild. I ended up bringing my own top sheet, blankets, and pillows because I thought I was allergic to the laundry detergent used on the original bedsheets. As I was fixing the bed, I realized the headboard had mold under it. Also on the ceiling. I’ve been feeling extremely sick because there was mold right next to my head. Me and my mom are not from here and we currently do not have a car because we took a plane to get here to see my dad who is currently in the hospital. We had our luggage with us when we got to the hotel we knew we couldn’t check in till 3 but my mom had asked if we could stay in the lobby and wait till 3 since we had no vehicle. The man that was behind the desk didn’t allow us to stay in the lobby and told us no twice in a very rude manner. We just canceled and had to pay a fee.
Made reservations for my mother because my father was in the hospital out of state, got there a little early and was told we couldn’t stay there. The old man was super rude and unprofessional. If I could read it, it would be a 0/10.
Close to the airport, LOVELY staff. ♡♡♡
