Staff is pleasant and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Continental breakfast has multiple choices and good coffee. Beautiful view of the blue ridge mountains.
Location sits atop a hill offering great views of the mountains from the balcony, if one could sit on it: hotel offered no chairs and noise level from the highway nearby did not make it enjoyable. Balcony was not clean, cigarette butts. and spider webs. Nighttime clerk was not the friendly sort one who has worked in the industry knows to be necessary.
