I called to ask about the breakfast details, and the front desk man was extremely rude. I cancelled my room I had booked immediately.

Staff is pleasant and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Continental breakfast has multiple choices and good coffee. Beautiful view of the blue ridge mountains.
