This place is trash. Their comp breakfast is coffee and their rooms are infested with roaches. No access to lobby and the customer service is trash

This is the worst place I’ve ever been traumatized by . Crunchy carpet , roaches everywhere, mold , stinks broken tiles tv didn’t work and NO WiFi or breakfast and they refused a refund even before I walked in room, towels and sheets were stained , I’m a travel nurse and this is the worst I’ve seen !! Calling health dep

I chose to cut my stay short and went to another hotel. I booked through Expedia for a good flight + hotel package. Pictures looked good, but when we arrived, we had a whole different experience. Check-in/out: had to stand in line at the "night window." It just rained in Houston. Parking Lot: typical parking around hotel. Handful of people loitering at all hours of night. Room: we walked in and you can instantly smell old and damp right away. Even with all the lights turned on, the room is still dim lit. There is a microwave... read more
