I've been a part of the Heights all my life, and this was my very first hotel experience here. My wife and kids were excited to be here. We checked in early and had a large enough room to rest. Visiting family in the Heights brought us here. I really miss such organic scenery. I love ❤️ the Heights.
Worst mattress ever! Room was clean, air was cold. But the bed was horrible. The pillows shouldn't even be considered a pillow.
The Hotel is very nice and we felt very happy. Loved it. Loved the hospitality provided by the hotel. Made our trip great. Many thanks.
