Poor customer service. Booked a room through their website followed the steps as shown In the photo it never ask for your credit card info to hold the room just your name email etc… we booked the room just to sleep in while we are traveling through planned to arrive around midnight and then leave 6am. I get a call at 11pm with the general manager yelling at me that I need to give my credit card info to him now or he will cancel my room because it’s a busy night they can’t hold it. Room was very clean. Customer Service was wonderful. Indoor pool was heated and clean continental breakfast actually still had plenty of breakfast
Descent hotel for the price. Slept great until a screeching noise woke us up at 5am- a water heater or shower im guessing. Receptionist wouldn't give me a receipt, told me to get it from wyndham.
