Besides the beds being full size when advertised as queen, someone at the front desk stole my door dash order and blatantly lied about it. We have picture proof it was dropped at the front desk and was told it probably got left at another hotel. What a joke. Lucky I didn't call the police.

Very well kept, The staff are amazing... slightly dated, but clean. location is very close to Hershey Park and all attractions. I would definitely stay here again. There is a hidden gem here called "What If..." A very nice restaurant and lounge, with amazing food and spirits... Owner and staff are very sweet.

If your looking for a cheap room this is the place. The rooms are dated and specifically the rooms facing the front all have glass half doors and are flimsy as can be. If it was so late and the fact that my points paid for the room we would have left. We ended up taking a chair and wedding it into the door handle just because we were worried about how easy it would be to be broke into. I have stayed at many hotels due to my career and this by far is one of the worst. My wife was exposed to by another guest staying in the roo... read more

Rooms were very humid, giving the sheets and floor a moist feel and had the smell of a wet dog. The free included breakfast as advertised was not fresh of even complete. I had to call Booking.com and the hotel staff many times to actually get some food for my family and they put out stale bagels with some dry cereal. This was hardly breakfasts for 3 kids before a soccer tournament. I would not recommend this property

Pictures deceive you. The room looked okay when we first came in. After leaving the room for a little we came back to relax and go to sleep. When we got into the bed we noticed several dead bed bugs . Once we began moving blankets around and undoing the bed , there were multiple crawling on the mattress. Front desk was notified but wouldn’t do anything because she couldn’t see them with her own eyes even though we showed her pictures we took!
