First time I've been back home for a while never stayed at this hotel before been over 19 years very nice and polite gentleman. Next time I come back to visit I will be staying here

Front desk guy was definitely nice and warm, but the 5-star reviews on Google are inaccurate. Heater/AC units under the window didn't work, fridge was broken internally in one room, bathtub was cracked and the toilet wobbled badly in the other, beds were on wheels and not secured in place, and no fans in the bathrooms (steam stays in when you shower with the door shut). Beds were acceptable to sleep on but not comfortable - pillows and sheets were bare minimum and itchy. Rooms made one of the party sneeze constantly. The poo... read more

The guy that was at the front desk was amazing, but that’s where it all stopped, our room was filthy floor underneath beds were without boards and the ceiling above my wife’s bed had black mold and she ended up getting sick, I swept underneath the beds and they hadn’t been swept for awhile, there were dust bunnies and candy wrappers everywhere, we ended up leaving a day early, even my dog deserved better than this, but because the front desk guy was a super nice guy I didn’t Create a scene.
