When we got to our room, the smoke detector was beeping because the battery was low. We called the front desk, and a staff member responded immediately and replaced the battery right away. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the hotel was conveniently located near Texas Trust CU Theatre, where we went to see Wilson Phillips. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in the area.
Arrived and pick up key. Room was not pleasent. The sheets on the bed were dirty. Found roaches in the room.
This was a horrible experience. No breakfast was available, and room was disgusting . When I went down to speak to the manger the guy got upset. The manger said he was gonna call the police bc I was telling him how nasty the place was . Nice and quiet at night . No pool . It has grass and all kinds of debris in it . If your looking for just a place to sleep for the night I wouldn’t choose here unless you don’t want to shower
