Stayed here for one night. The facility is old but clean. There was a surprice $2.50 extra charge from the goverment. Not much but it should be included in the final price. The breakfast is good for this type of hotel. WIFI is not good though. The hotel is pretty busy and all the parking lots are full by early evening. The displayed bunch of metal arts pieces in the lobby.
Rustic, definitely outdated but they are trying their best. Online services advertise Laundry services, a pool, a spa, and a fitness center. They only have the fitness center. With some major renovations and reopening of their amenities, this place could really be popping. Because it’s a very big hotel with little offering. Price is great though for a quick overnight stay. They require credit card deposits. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Good place but honestly just needs some love.
The room was clean. However it was located farther away from downtown than expected. It was kind of deserted.
Due to a mistake on hotels.com, I accidentally booked a week later than intended. However, when I arrived for the time I’d thought I’d booked for, I was told they couldn’t change the date to what I’d intended because I’d gone third party, though they were willin. When I tried to go through hotels.com to change that, hotels.com informed me that the hotel was unwilling to change it without charging me for both bookings. My son booked this on Hotels.com. The app auto-input the date and he didn't realize it. When he got there, they refused to help him move it. They could have just moved it to last night, since it was an honest error on the app. The hotel was not accommodating, the hotels.com was not accommodating. This hotel or the app should be empowered to correct an honest mistake. This is a great hotel for a good price, they have twice caused problems with customer service.
