Made reservation in April 2025, they were under the Wyndham umbrella as Howard Johnson. When I arrived July 31, 2025, I was told they couldn't accommodate me. No ADA rooms were available and I should blame Wyndham. No walk in shower, not even a shower chair. When the reservation was made I made my needs known. Facility just changed their name, did they throw the shower chairs out? I pulled up their website and showed the clerk their ADA info, then he says we had one room but someone is in it and I can't put them out. Left my... read more
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was deeply disturbing on multiple levels. • Racism & Discrimination: I encountered discriminatory behavior from staff that made me feel unwelcome and unsafe. • Bedbug Infestation: My room was infested with bedbugs. I woke up with multiple bites, and management did nothing meaningful to resolve the situation. • Horrible Management & Customer Service: The management team was dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to address legitimate concerns.
