Stayed very recently and the manager was very accommodating and helping despite of a situation that happened with the hotels.com booking not able to switch days i will definitely be coming back
Rooms are nice, however the floors may look clean but 5 mins barefoot and your socks/feet are black. Also, no matter how many days you stay they don’t give fresh linen, lucky if they give you toilet paper. If you request something more than once, the office staff is absolutely horrible and treat you like the no respect. I was told they have a washer and dryer for guest on the 2nd floor and we could wash our sheets and towels HOWEVER THE MACHINE REQUIRES MONEY. Service is absolutely horrible. Rooms are dirty. Staff is rude. Parking lot hang out at night with loud music and people who are not guest.
