Terrible experience, disappointing of the highest order , went to sleep at 4Am after checking in at 12Am There were at least 3 ladies one by one knocking the door extremely loud, which won’t let me sleep , one was housekeeping , one had no idea what she was doing , two of them came beating the door to ask when will I check out , haven’t experienced such hospitality in my entire life They cancelled the booking on Booking.com saying the credit card didn’t went through, irony is they used the same card later and went through. Me he hospedado aquí dos veces por el servicio al cliente desde la recepción, el manager es muy amable desde que llegas y el personal nocturno también, quisiera darle una mención especial al señor cubano que es de mantenimiento, muy amable atento pero sobre todo muy buena persona. Si necesito un lugar económico y de buena atención sin duda es este hotel. Muchas gracias
