Visited for one night and received great customer service and breakfast. My daughter left her pillow and the workers called and left a voicemail stating they found it. When we returned the call they happily agreed to keep it safe for a week until we drove back from our trip! Wonderful customer service and highly recommend this hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable, the price was very reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the location was great for us (only 10 minutes to church, 10 minutes to the restaurant we wanted to go to, and easy to get to). They advertise a continental breakfast, so I wasn't expecting much. But they had oatmeal, 2 kinds of cold cereal, 2 kinds of muffins, hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels, coffee, milk, and 2 kinds of juices. That was much more than I expected. I stayed at this hotel three times me and my husband never had a problem I had shoulder surgery and was trying to heal. We paid for two nights and this was at 11:30 a.m. I saw the maintenance man walking by and I told him about the door and the damp carpet that stunk really bad when we had to go into the room after 10 pm . I told the maintenance man about the door that was super hard to shut specially for the fact that I had shoulder surgery. Solo female traveler. Didn’t want to spend a fortune for an overnight. Property is safe. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to get a quick breakfast and get back on the road. Staff is friendly. They make an effort to make the place nice.
