My check in was amazing. The young lady was great.
The employees are rude, they do not speak much better. English And they didn't want to help me resolve the fact that they charged me an extra 15. Dollars for an unsmoking room and I paid cash, they were not helpful.Whatsoever
Nice hotel had smoking rooms, pet friendly and had a nice little garden behind the pool area..
When we arrived at the hotel we were advised that we had booked a smoking room and if we wanted a non-smoking room we would have to pay $10 more. I have bad allergies, so I never would have booked a smoking one. I told the front desk clerk that when I made the reservation, the room description did not specify smoking or non. She said "yea that happens a lot". I could not modify the reservation through the Hotels.com app since it was the same day so I agreed to pay the extra.
