Lady at front desk is borderline rude and it’s hard for her to be nice . Not my fault she doesn’t like her job. My Mom and Son just Died and last thing I need is to start my day with a rude individual.

Blood on walls and doors, bad smelling and holes in sheets and comforters 🤢
Next to highway. Bad breakfast, dirty rooms, urine in hallways. Possible mold , loud guest and music.
The guy at front desk did all he could to help me after a bad experience at another hotel. Got me in the room I wanted and was very nice!
