This property appears to have serious maintenance and reliability issues. I experienced problems in every room I was placed in, which made the stay very inconvenient and stressful. Between broken fixtures, non-working TVs, unreliable Wi-Fi, and basic room issues, the overall experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until the property addresses these maintenance problems.
We had a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We don't know the conditions of the other rooms, but we stayed in a newly renovated room and it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was a little high, but it's just a mention, it's nothing to complain about. We would stay there again if we were guaranteed the same experience. Thank you HJ!
